This combined document explains how DFN (“we”, “us”, “our”) processes data and the terms that govern your use of the DFN website (dfn.wtf) and the associated Nonsense Patrol tools (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy and these Terms.

We do not collect seed phrases or private keys. Do not share secrets with us.
To build reports, we query our own DFN endpoints and third-party APIs (which may change over time), such as DexScreener, Helius, Jupiter, and LunarCrush. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. We don’t sell your data.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (TLS, access controls, minimal data scope). No online service can be 100% secure.
We may process data on servers outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, object, restrict, and port data. Contact us at official@dfn.wtf and include your relevant identifiers (e.g., Telegram username, if applicable) so we can locate your records.
The Services are not intended for children under 13 (or a higher age set by local law).
You must be legally capable to enter into these Terms and comply with your local laws.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services. You will not: (i) misuse the Services; (ii) attempt to breach or circumvent security; (iii) reverse engineer, scrape at abusive rates, or overload our infrastructure; (iv) use the Services to violate law or third-party rights.
All outputs are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not investment, financial, or legal advice. Crypto assets are volatile and risky. You are solely responsible for your decisions.
We rely on on-chain data and external APIs which can be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability.
Links to third-party sites (e.g., Solscan, DexScreener) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
All DFN content, logos, and software are protected by applicable IP laws. You may not use our branding without permission.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if we believe you violate these Terms or for operational reasons.
The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DFN and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; and in all cases, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) for the Service that gave rise to the claim in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold DFN harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [choose your jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in [choose your venue] shall have exclusive jurisdiction. You consent to that venue.
